Feb 26, 2018: The Annual Catechism Day Celebration was meaningfully celebrated on Saturday, 24th of Febraury with the Eucharistic Celebration at 3:30p.m. During the Mass, thanksgiving prayers offered to the Triune God for bestowing the Blessing throughout the year. The Liturgy was led by thh children and all took active participation in the Eucahristic banquet.
The second part of the celebration was held in our Church Hall. Children from different classes performed various value based programmes to the audience. Ashriya and Anjali compered the entire cultural programme. Mrs Jenifer Baptist welcomed the dignitaries. Suzana Ferrao and Felcy Alvares shared their experiences. Coordinator of the Sunday Catechism Ms Pramila Tauro presented a brief annual report of Catechism Classes. The prizes were distributed to several meritorius students of our parish. Rev Fr Stany Pereira, parish priest congratulated all the children for deepeing their faith through sunday catechism classes and thanked the teachers for their selfless service to the Church. The programme came to an end at with the Vote of thanks.
