Mar 02, 2018: The annual retreat of Lenten season for the renewal of spiritual life was held from February 26th to March 1st 9th at Urwa Church from 4:30 p.m. to 7:30p.m. Rev. Fr Andrew Leo D’Souza, Parish Priest and Director of St Jude Shrine, Pakshikere facilitated the parishioners during the retreat. He enlightened the parishioners on the theme of Gift of Our Faith, Sins and its effects, forgiveness, gift of the Holy Spirit and the role of the responsible parents. The retreat also consisted of praise and worship, Adoration to the Blessed Sacrament and confessions. Many parishioners took active part in four days’ retreat and sought divine blessings.
