The members of Carmel ward celebrated their ward feast on the 15th July with the solemn Eucharistic celebration in the morning. Evening at 6.15pm the ward members gathered in the main hall for the celebration. Rev Fr Stany Pereira, Fr Jason Lobo, Fr Cyril Lobo, Mrs. Lucy Dsouza secretary and Superior of Ladyhill convent Sr Celine Veera were present. The occasion was also graced by the presence of all other Ward leaders.
Programme began with the prayer service led by Mrs. Flavia Baptist and the Ward members. Ms. Julliana Tellis welcomed the gathering. Fr Stany Pereira gave message to the Ward members and gave prizes to those who have secured good marks in exams and to those who attended the SCC meeting every time. The Ward report of whole year was read by Mrs. Mercine Saldanha. Ward members showed their talents through dances and skits. Mr. Arun Rodrigues conducted the games. Mrs. Suneetha Dsouza, the ward leader verbalized sentiments of gratitude towards all. Fr Cyril Lobo said the grace before the dinner. The program was compeered by Ms. Rosita Sequeira.
