18th November, 2018: The children’s day celebration at Urwa church began with the Holy Eucharist. Soon after the Mass all the children gathered in St Aloysius school premises. After the breakfast the celebration continued by invoking God’s blessings through a prayer song by ICYM and YCS members. Thereafter Rev Fr Jason called all the children to participate in the events actively and wished all a happy children’s day. After the short stage program children involved themselves in their respective games and enjoyed the day. ICYM members and Prakrathi & Staicy performed a dance eacy and entertained all. Delicious food and Ice cream doubled the joy of children. Rev Fr Stany Pereira joined the celebration and gave message to the children through a song ‘Makkalendare Swarga’ and encouraged the organizers by wishing them best. Parish pastoral Council Vice president, Secretary, Superior of Lady Hill convent and the catechism teachers graced this occasion by their presence. Thanks to ICYM and YCS members for their all-round work towards the success of Children’s day.
