A two days’ summer camp for the children of the parish from 4th std to 10th std was held on 1st and 2nd April 2016. Children of the parish participated with lots of enthusiasm. The camp was inaugurated on 1st April 2016 at 9.00 a.m. The parish priest presided over the inaugural function and exhorted the children to make the best use of opportunity like the camp. Fr. Ashwin Cardoza, Asst Parish Priest of Bendore church and Mr. Lanwin Lobo were the resource persons of the day 1. Fr. Ashwin Cardoza spoke on why should I be a Catholic? And Mr. Lanwin Lobo spoke on Leadership.

On day 2 Mrs. Asha and Mr. Winston Lobo were the resource persons. Mrs Asha taught how to produce wealth out of waste and Mr. Winston Lobo spoke on stage management. During these two days there were action songs, games, activities and lots of fun. Children were provided with breakfast, lunch and cold drinks. There were around 90 children who participated in this camp. These two days were memorable days for our children.
