10 September 2018: Rev Fr Nelson Deeraj Pais who was assistant parish priest of Urwa church from past two years, has been transferred to Fr Muller’s hospital Mangaluru. He’ll be taking the responsibility at Fr Muller’s hospital from 10th September 2018.
On 9th September he offered thanksgiving Mass in Urwa church. After the Mass there was a short program of felicitation to Fr Nelson. Rev Fr Stany Pereira thanked Fr Nelson for his service and support in this parish and wished him all the best for his future ministry. Then he was felicitated and given a memento. Later Rev Fr Nelson verbalized his sentiments of gratitude towards all who helped him and supported him in his ministry at Urwa parish.
